We are pleased to announce some new ways to enjoy Six Circles Farm! This year we are offering 3 weekly yoga classes June through September. We will also be hosting guided Farm Tours on Fridays and Saturdays.

Gentle & Restorative Yoga with Carly VanVleet

Sunday 10:30-11:30am

Carly VanVleet is a born and raised Lodidian, a farmers daughter, with Seneca Lake in her veins. She received a 1000 hour Yoga Teacher Certification in conjunction with her Bachelors degree from Naropa University in Boulder, CO in 2017. With a major in Traditional Eastern Arts and a minor in Contemplative Early Childhood Education, Carly is uniquely equipped to offer a come-as-you-are, relaxing and fun, Hatha Yoga Class. Her hour long classes will interweave breath work, mediation, and asana to create a gentle and restorative practice for healing human embodiment.

Vinyasa Flow with Nicole Costa

Monday 6-7:15pm and Wednesday 9-10:15am

Nicole Costa is a trained 200 hour Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa Yoga. Her classes will offer a soothing yet rigorous flow...and will often be set to a killer playlist, or simply the sounds of Seneca Lake. Nicole would like to cultivate a safe space for students to practice moving and breathing in order to nourish, restore and strengthen the body and mind as well as practice the sensations of being present.

Farm Tours with Thomas Eisman

Friday and Saturday 12-6pm

Your tour guide Thomas has been working at Six Circles Farm for over 10 years. He helps with vegetable production, establishing the orchards, and growing and managing the wild/native areas of the farm. He likes to experience the natural world with all of his senses, making his plant walks a unique experience filled with aromatics, botanicals, and many tasting opportunities. Thomas has been giving plant walks at the farm since he began working there. No one knows what's growing at Six Circles Farm more than Thomas Eisman.

Tour is approximately 1 hour. By appointment, please call or text 607-216-8229.

$14/person, Free for kids under 10. Bring water bottle, good walking shoes, curiosity, and sun hat/glasses.

How to Get Here

Directions for Farm Tours and Sunday Yoga:

From 414 in Lodi -
Turn down Caywood Rd, it only goes one way
The road will turn to gravel,
Take the first driveway on the right after Anderson Lane
Pass the purple house and the white house
Park where it dead ends at the red house.
Farm tours will meet by the parking lot.

Directions for Monday and Wednesday Yoga:

From 414 in Lodi -
Turn down Caywood Rd, it only goes one way
Take first right to Anderson Lane (private road please drive slowly)
Take first left down our driveway,
A park in front of the red house and greenhouses.
Yoga is on the deck off of the huge red barn.
Farm tours meet in front of the Red House.
