GARLIC SCAPE PESTO
Try a taste and we know you will love it. A deliciously unique pesto, our hardneck rocambole garlic scapes are blended harmoniously with locally grown & pressed sunflower oil - the flavor truly can't be beat. Because garlic scapes have a milder sweeter garlic flavor, scape-a-moli tastes good on nearly everything.

SPANISH ROJA - GERMAN RED - MUSIC
The spring rains and sunny summer has made this a good year for garlic. Rocambole varieties especially did well. Very hot and sweet, Spanish Roja is proving to be a novel favorite this year - the heat can not be beat. For serious garlic lovers.
The smoother milder German Red reliably grows into the healthiest plants, and its numerous medium-sized cloves are ideal for those who like to frequently incorporate garlic into everyday cooking - also our best garlic for raw eating.
Our very large-cloved warming porcelain variety, Music, is most suited for roasting, baking, soups, stews, or other large dishes. Music is winter-hardy, drought-resistant, and likes to grow tall over weeds - making it an easy garlic variety to grow in the northeast.
